PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS

Private yoga sessions provide personalized one-on-one attention. The focus is most commonly on individualized alignment as well as identifying and addressing structural causes of any stress and pain. 200 Hour Foundational Training

Open to those looking to dive deeper into their own practice, become a yoga instructor, or enrich their current teaching skills. The course covers a comprehensive exploration of the physical body and its energetic blueprint, with the mission of providing the skill set to understand and ultimately instruct others in a safe practice.

300 Hour ADVANCEMENT TRAINING

This 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is an academically rigorous and community-minded program designed for those who have completed a 200-hour teacher training and possess an interest in diving deeper into the mission and meaning of teaching yoga.
